Charlie Sirianos has achieved a successful Hospitality career spanning over 25 Years.
In the late 80’s and into the 90’s Charlie learned his craft working in Melbourne’s most popular Bars, Restaurants & Nightclubs.
In 1996 his first ventures were Degraves Espresso Bar and Syracuse Wine Bar/Restaurant. Degraves Espresso Bar was an instant success and becoming a coffee institution. Syracuse Winebar was a Good Food Guide award one hat Restaurant and in 1999 winner of the prestigious National Wine List awards. Charlie was also on the panel of judges for the 2000 awards.
More successful Ventures were to follow Mini Greek Eatery, Ortigia Pizzeria, Café Nacional, Dining Haul & Miss Colombia. In 2018 Charlie decided it was time for a Hiatus.
In all of Charlie’s ventures, his hands-on experience enabled him to learn and be involved in all facets of hospitality.
Scouting Locations, Lease Negotiations, Concept Design, Project Management, Funding Ventures, and Operations are the skills Charlie has acquired during his career.
Experience and with a strong business acumen enabled Charlie to successfully create tailor-made solutions for each venue. The tailor-made templates became the foundation for each successful venture.
After successfully negotiating the sale of his last business in 2018, Charlie has decided to re-enter the industry he is most passionate about as a Hospitality consultant.
